As a 26-year civilian male military spouse, I help provide support and build community for other Male Spouses and their families.

I created The Male Military Spouse Guide and managed the Macho Spouse Online Community website.

Even though I'm an extreme introvert, I just want to help other guys make it through the journey as a civilian male military spouse.
