Camp Director
(John, Leif, Chuck: Lead staff devotions) Intern/mentor Shepherding
- Cast vision for how interns/mentors can be utilized throughout the week
- Coordinate with AIA and Cru IC leadership on camp direction/needs
- Give any direction needed for small group/huddle times
- Lead daily staff and prayer meeting
Special Assistants for Camp Assessment & Curriculum Development
(Leeann & Tark)
Admin Support/Executive Assistant
(Leif, X-Project Interns)
- Helps coordinate pre-camp and camp day registrations
- Assists Director and other staff with admin support as required
- Covers any shortfalls or issues in absence of Camp Director
OPERATIONS TEAM
Primary emphasis is on operation of camp.
Objective is to provide high quality, Christ- centered organization and execution of spiritual and athletic training
Emcee
(John)
- Sets positive/inspired tone for daily camp activities
- Provides daily announcements/reminders as provided by camp director or other staff
- Summarizes daily schedule
- Leads morning warm up activity...use discretion (stretching, music, dance off, etc)
- Introduces Principle Speakers

Volleyball Lab Coordinator/teachers

- Set up volleyball courts pre camp (instructions will be provided)
- Rotate Groups – run the lab time as a volleyball tournament
- Make sure refs know the court they're assigned to work

S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Coordinator

- Work through S.P.E.C.I.A.L. based on last year's feedback
- Keep schedule for S.P.E.C.I.A.L. on track
- Be prepared to adapt certain aspects/events of S.P.E.C.I.A.L. as required
- Work with rest of team/staff to assign roles during S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Athletic Trainers/Strength Coaches

- Lead Sports Performance session and provide athletic training services as needed
Ropes Course Facilitators
(Josh Howard and Team)
- Train and facilitate team building and student performance during Ropes Course and other assistance (S.P.E.C.I.A.L.) as required
SUPPORT TEAM
Primary emphasis is on spiritual and physical well-being of campers.
Objective is to provide high quality, Christ-centered and individual support to each camper throughout the week (ideally covered in dedicated 2-man teams)
Small Group Leader/Mentors
(Jaye Hill, Roger Thomas, Nick Turner, Kendall Turner, Roy Mack, Mike Hoover, Bill Aden, Aaron, DeJuan, Johnnathon, Joshua, Julian, Cornelius, X Project Interns)
- Facilitate a group of 5-7 athletes in small group discussion
- Review pregame material with athletes before group meeting starts
- Meet with the athletes in your group individually throughout the week
- Be available (as much as possible) throughout week to encourage athletes during labs
and other events
Huddle Leader
(Jaye Hill, Roger Thomas, Nick Turner, Kendall Turner, Roy Mack, Mike Hoover, Bill Aden, Aaron, DeJuan, Johnnathon, Joshua, Julian, Cornelius, X Project Interns)
- Facilitate a group of 5-7 athletes in small group discussion prior to “lights out”
- Review day's events and get feedback from campers (“goods” and “bads”)
- Direct/lead evening activities as planned by Camp Director: Coat of Arms, Personality

EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

- Run PowerPoint for worship team/principle speakers
- Work with bands for set up needs
- Work with photo/PA team on end of camp slideshow
Public Affairs (Photo/Video)

- Upload pictures daily to flickr account
- Provide a slideshow for the last day of camp for the athletes
- Work with interns and mentors to capture stories and content
