JAM CAMP 2023 MODIFIED OBSTACLE COURSE
We modified the SPECIAL to carrout th obstacle course on the AIA Football field and track.
LOCATION: FOOTBALL FIELD/TRACK
- March teams carrying the ark, from Schindler parking lot to the soccer field.
- Staggered start from the North edge of soccer fields.
- Teams start based on previous night's point standings.
- First place starts first.
- Teams do a full lap around the track before going to each of the 10 stations.
- Starting line for the lap is on the WEST side of the track (by gate opening)
- Teams must handle the ARK correctly at all times - touching the tire is a LAP PENALTY)
- Teams can place the ARK down when arriving at a station.
- PENALTY MISHANDLING THE ARK: SEND BACK TO THE REDO THE PREVIOUS STATION.
- Teams must go through stations in order (1 - 10).
- Team Captain responsible for keeping track of which station to go to next.
- PENALTY FOR GOING TO THE WRONG STATION: 1-minute lap or time delay (determined by station leader)
- Team Captain responsible for reporting station completion to SCOREKEEPER.
- PENALTY FOR FAILING TO REPORT STATION COMPLETION: REDO MISSED STATION
