"Manage You - A Man Manages his mind, his body, his time, his space." This mantra speaks volumes about the essence of true manhood. As athletes, we understand the value of discipline and order. I learned "excellence in all we do" at the US Air Force Academy, along with the value of discipline and order. But it wasn't until I started following The Christ that I learned how to line everything up.
Just as we manage our training routines, we must manage ourselves holistically. By aligning our minds, bodies, time, and space with intention, we pave the way for greatness.
